[Geez, Lorna seems really stressed out about this; Anna chews her lip, worrying for a moment that something might be wrong. But she supposes there's only one way to find out; she gives her girlfriend an encouraging smile and reaches out to take the hands she's offering, giving them a little squeeze.
Her stomach does a few little flips when Lorna begins to explain what it is exactly she needs to tell her, but Anna tells herself it's all going to be fine. In all likelihood, knowing Lorna, it isn't anything that bad in the grand scheme of things.
