[At first, Lorna has to wonder if maybe she's looking at her thingamajig upside down (it wouldn't be the first time), but the longer she stares at the message the clearer it becomes that the words are simply....wrong.]
[There must be some sort of mistake. Perhaps there's something wrong with her thingamajig - what other reason could there be for the doctor's message to come to her in such a garbled state? Lorna can't even begin to imagine.]
Doctor, what matter is this? Are you well?
[It's not the first time an adult has told her to stay inside for her own safety, so that doesn't alarm her terribly - what concerns her is how the warning itself was delivered.]
[Alright, if she wasn't acutely distressed before, she certainly is now.]
[Lorna's fingers fly over the keyboard as quickly as they can (which, admittedly, isn't very quick at all), and for once she doesn't bother to take care to ensure her spelling and grammar are presentable.]
Doctor where are you
Doctor I pray you speak say the word and I shall fly to you I will bring mssrs koojo and keyshebe we shall help you at once
[It's alright it takes her a while to type. It's taking him upwards of half an hour, and it's worse because he's trying to juggle different conversations.]
[One minute of waiting was already too much for Lorna to bear - when things start stretching on towards the half-hour point, she finds her self damn near in tears.]
[She has never simultaneously prayed for and dreaded a message as much as this one before.]
doctor please i dont understand you must speak clearly i beg you
please tell me where you are please tell me you are unhurt
[She would never think to speak so boldly if she weren't so utterly terrified for the doctor's sake - it's funny how the combination of love and terror can affect a personality.]
I'll not stand idle whilst you come to harm you ask to much of me sir
You shall be found and all will be well i promise you
